- We invite registered users of Bigadda to upload original innovative short films or any video shoots originally created by you (hereinafter referred to as "creative material")on the "contest page".
- The participants will not upload any copyrighted works of any third parties.
- This contest is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of our website www.bigadda.com
- The proprietary rights on the uploaded creative materials will always vests with bigadda as per the terms of use.
- Contest open only for Indian Residents who are the registered users of our website www.bigadda.com. You have to register yourself with our site so as to participate in this contest.
- Participants must be 18 years of age.
- Participants shall comply with all statutes and laws as applicable in this context.
- The participant who has uploaded the best creative material will be adjudged the winner.
- Bigadda will have the discretion to adjudge the winner of this contest. Excel Entertainment representatives will be assisting Bigadda in finalizing the winner based on the votes received by each participant.
- The winner will be announced in our website and will be given an opportunity to work on silver screen in Excel Movies next production. This opportunity to the winner is non-transferable.
- Any legal issues in this context will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.
- The winner should not be in any way associated with Bigadda or its holding company, affiliates and associate companies.
